General Terms

The Customer has a right to cancel the subscription on Profile with the help of the instructions given in the FAQ or address a request to hello@ingramer.com

Our policy offers a refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. When you sign up with Ingramer and confirm the membership, you agree to our Terms of Service and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

In case of refund, the money shall be refunded to the current account or to the card with which the payment was made, within 30 (thirty) days, depending on the Bank that issued the card.

Ingramer reserves the right to decline the Customer's Refund Request.

The Customer's Refund Request is considered by the Ingramer within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receipt of the Customer's Refund Request from the Customer to the Ingramer email address - hello@ingramer.com

Ingramer is entitled to change the terms of refund on the unilateral basis.

Special Terms

  • Requesting a refund for a recurring payment

If the Customer requests a refund due to not being aware of a recurring subscription or due to untimely cancellation, the funds paid for a new subscription are non-refundable and the Customer has a right to use services for the rest of the paid period. The Customer is solely responsible for properly cancelling the subscription. If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing cycle, your cancellation will be effective on the day the next cycle is set to start. Until that date, you will retain access to our Service.

  • Requesting a refund for inactive days

Stop status doesn’t mean you cancelled a subscription, it means Ingramer won’t perform any actions on your account. Note that you still have your paid days counting down. If the Customer stops the activities or doesn’t authorize the account in the Dashboard, Ingramer is entitled to decline the Customer's Refund Request.

If the inactivity of the account is caused by technical issues, Ingramer may offer to credit additional days for inactive days.

  • Requesting a refund for dissatisfaction with the results

The expected amount of followers, likes and comments is not guaranteed to you in any way. It all depends on the quality and interestingness of your content. If the Customer requests a refund for dissatisfaction with the results or getting a service not as expected, Ingramer is entitled to decline the Customer's refund request or fulfil it at its sole discretion and only within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Non-refundable Services

The payment for Hashtag Generator, Instagram Downloader, Instagram Stories Saver, Instagram Profile Search and Instagram Fonts Generator is non-refundable.

The payment for VPN service (equals to 7USD=7EUR per 2 weeks,10USD=10EUR per 1 month, 20USD=20EUR per 3 months) is non-refundable. In the case of Ingramer service cancellation, the Customer has all rights for VPN usage.

The Customer has a right to refund the money paid to Ingramer in case of failure of providing the services.

Refund Requests

If you think you are eligible for a refund, you can submit a request at hello@ingramer.com or via online chat. You must include the following information in your request: Why you are asking for a refund; Identifying information (e.g. account username or email, transaction number, order number); and Any additional information the Customer Service team asks for in order to process your refund request.
